The Butcher Block Custom Meat Processing gets the most meat potential out of your animal. We specialize in beef, hogs, and wildlife and diversify ourselves by accepting sheep, goat and yes even bison. The owners Brad and Mandy Beck have 8 generations of Western Oklahoman blood in them. And Brad has been formally trained as a butcher at one of the top meat processing schools in the United States and has 30 years of meat processing experience. We pride ourselves with our commitment to the local community. We wouldn’t be where we are without the support of our neighbors and friends here in western Oklahoma.

All our processing is custom cut to your unique specifications and then vacuum packed to ensure long shelf life in your freezer.
